Agent spreadsheets

How to read this index

Every row is one shopping agent or marketplace. The status column uses four labels, and the difference between them matters:

• Working: we confirmed the agent was operating on the date shown.
• Operating (agent data): listed as operating in our September 2026 agent data, not re-checked since.
• Reported / not checked: problems are reported but unconfirmed, or we have not checked the agent yet.
• Shut down / offline: closed, confirmed by the owner or clearly offline.

Prefer agents marked Working with a recent date, and keep money and items short-term with any agent.

Shopping agents

Twenty-plus agents are operating; five big names are gone, and their finds can move.

Marketplace spreadsheets

Some spreadsheets are organised by marketplace rather than by agent. DHgate, AliExpress and Temu ship abroad themselves, so you buy from them directly. Taobao, Weidian, 1688 and Yupoo catalogues are where agent finds come from, so you order them through an agent.

Direct marketplaces don't need an agent; Chinese domestic platforms do.

Choosing an agent in 2026

After the August 2026 closures, the safest way to choose is by evidence you can check today, not by last year's reputation:

1. Status first. Pick from agents marked Working with a recent date.
2. Read the published terms. Purchasing fee, free storage period, QC photo policy and return window. Agents that publish these clearly are easier to hold to them.
3. Compare the final price. A 0% fee can hide a wider exchange-rate margin. Put the same item in two agents' checkouts.
4. Check recent complaints. Slow withdrawals, disappearing payment methods and silent support are the early-warning signs.
5. Keep exposure small. Pay per order and ship within a few weeks, whatever the storage period allows.

For Oopbuy specifically, is Oopbuy legit and the Oopbuy review go through these checks in detail.

Moving finds between agents

Every agent link carries the marketplace's own item number. When an agent closes, that number usually still works. Copy it from the old link and open it through a working agent; the link converter does it in one paste, and Oopbuy links explains the link format. The CNFans and ACBuy pages walk through a full migration.

A closed agent loses its links, not its items; the item number is what moves.

FAQ

What is an agent spreadsheet?

A list of Taobao, Weidian and 1688 product links written in one shopping agent's link format, so each link opens the item in that agent's account. The items underneath are the same across agents; only the link wrapper differs.

Which shopping agents shut down in 2026?

CNFans and ACBuy shut down in August 2026, both owner-confirmed. AllChinaBuy showed only a maintenance notice after a hack in September 2026. Pandabuy has been closed since 2024 and Wegobuy offline since early 2025.

Is Mulebuy shut down?

Not confirmed. Reports of a warehouse raid circulated in August 2026 but were not independently confirmed, and the site still loaded on 31 August. We list it as reported, unconfirmed.

How often is this status list updated?

Each row shows the date it was last checked. Agent statuses change quickly, so treat any row older than a few weeks as a starting point and look at recent reviews before a large order.

Can I use a spreadsheet made for another agent?

Yes. Copy the item number from the link and open it through the agent you use, or use the link converter.
